4 slices of thick sourdough bread

200g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

100g grated mozzarella cheese

50g grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Shrimp: In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the pan along with oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from the heat and set aside.

      Prepare the Bread: In a separate bowl, mix the unsalted butter with a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Spread this mixture generously on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

        Assemble the Grilled Cheese: On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer half of the mozzarella cheese, followed by the shrimp, and then the remaining mozzarella. Finally, top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
