1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 rolls)

4 large eggs

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

A pinch of salt

2 tablespoons butter (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Begin by preheating a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter, allowing it to melt.

    While the butter is melting, open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into quarters.

      In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

        Dip each quarter of the cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Allow excess egg to drip off.

          Place the coated cinnamon roll bites in the skillet, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.

            Once browned, remove the bites from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet, if needed, and repeat with the remaining rolls.

              Dust the cooked French toast bites with powdered sugar and serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
