2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup mixed salad greens (e.g., lettuce, spinach, arugula)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup ranch dressing

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts evenly. Allow marinating for at least 15 minutes.
