Pasta Preparation: Begin by cooking the fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water. Follow package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.

Seasoning the Seafood: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster, crab meat, and diced salmon. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, ensuring all seafood is evenly coated. Set aside for about 10 minutes to marinate.

Cooking the Seafood: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the seasoned seafood mix to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the seafood is opaque and cooked through. Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside.

Making the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.

Combining Ingredients: Once the sauce is ready, add the cooked fettuccine and the cooked seafood back into the skillet. Gently toss everything to coat in the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving: Plate the Cajun Seafood Alfredo and garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.
